Candidates of the highest caliber are tired of Staffing Agency recruiters who act like used car sales people. Candidates want direct and honest interactions with recruiters who are experienced and knowledgeable.
The best and brightest are not going to apply to these online careerboards that companies set up. These systems are great for compliance issues but are awful for recruiting.
Passive candidates are the best and those are the ones we find for our clients.
